Since 2003, Alicia has helped a variety of businesses become high performing, by partnering in finance, business development and process improvement activities. Clients were drawn from the IT, publishing, leisure, health, business services, facilities management and industrial sectors amongst others.

Alicia is an MBA graduate from Manchester Business School who also holds a masters degree in Total Quality Management from the University of the Balearic Islands. Now a visiting academic at Manchester and Leicester business schools for MBA programmes, Alicia also delivers executive management courses in finance, accounting and management systems.
