B.A. Double Major in Economics and International Relations, Asier Graduated Summa Cum Laude & First in Class, Master in Economic Policy from Oxford University and MBA from MIT Sloan. He commenced his professional career as Associate Consultant at LEK Consulting (working in London, Chicago and Milan 1998-2001), Senior Analyst at the Department of Corporate Strategy at Telefónica in Madrid (2001-2003),working then in Guascor as Deputy to the CEO (Bilbao 2005-2010)  and continuing at Dresser-Rand (2010 to present) first as Director of Strategy at the Renewable Energies business unit, becoming the Director of the Global Department of Strategy & Corporate Development of this energy sector multinational since February 2013
