Iker Jamardo Zugaza is passionate about design, architecture and software development. From his first steps into the world of programming has always been linked to videogames and computer graphics.
After participating in the development of Torero game back in 2000, he devoted himself to teach and research at Deusto University, in areas such as media accessibility and augmented reality.
Bitten by the bug of redeveloping products consumer technology, Iker has put his enthusiasm and effort as VP of Engineering and Product Manager at Ideateca, being responsible for the technical architecture of low level called Cocoon, running Ludei´s games and apps.
As a company executive based in Bilbao and San Francisco, takes 2 years living in Silicon Valley where he worked with companies like Viacom, Disney or Samsung in promoting CocoonJS acceleration technology for HTML5 games and apps.
