Ramón de la Sota is currently managing director of ARGI Industrial Partners. ARGI Industrial Partners is a private investment vehicle actively seeking to acquire Industrial or service orientated SMEs with upside potential.

Ramón started his career in General Electric, where he graduated from the Financial Management Program (FMP) and held several corporate strategy and finance positions in GE Corporate in Belgium, and GE Energy in Spain and United Kingdom. He is also the founder of GDER a renewable energy business focusing on solar photovoltaic investments.

Ramón has previous experience in corporate strategy, private equity, turnaround investing, and financial and operational restructurings.

Ramón holds a International Business Management degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a MBA INSEAD.
