Vinca has a degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Community Participation and Development at the University of the Basque Country – UPV/EHU.

Since October 2005, is a founding partner of Elkar Consulting SL (originally created as a startup at the University). She is performing tasks of social research and the design and implementation of projects aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture.

Some of the most significant projects she has led are the design and implementation of Sarepolis, tool to develop participatory processes across different devices (computer, mobile, tablet) and design activities like Etorkizulan to promote entrepreneurship platform and
entrepreneurial culture among students and young entrepreneurs.
